Terms of Service

Sellentic.ai provides software tools for Amazon sellers and agencies, including profit analytics, brand monitoring, and keyword/competitive intelligence, by connecting to your Amazon Seller Central account via Amazon's Selling Partner API.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to connect the Amazon Seller Central account(s) you link to the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

By connecting your Amazon Seller Central account, you authorize Sellentic.ai to access Amazon Information solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time through Seller Central; doing so may limit or disable parts of the Service.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated. We may change pricing with advance notice; continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use the Service to violate Amazon's policies, applicable law, or the rights of others, including by using Sellentic.ai to take automated actions on your Amazon account that violate Amazon's Selling Partner API terms.

Sellentic.ai and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by Sellentic Technologies LLC. You retain ownership of your Amazon Information and any data you upload.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sellentic.ai provides data and analysis to assist your decision-making but does not guarantee profit outcomes, ranking improvements, or the prevention of account suspensions, hijacking, or listing issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellentic Technologies LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
