Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information.

Amazon Information. When you connect your Amazon Seller Central account via SP-API, we access data including order history, fee and financial reports, advertising spend, catalog and listing data, brand analytics, and notifications related to listing or account status (“Amazon Information”). We request only the access scopes required for the features described on our Features page.

Usage data. We collect information about how you use Sellentic.ai, including pages visited, features used, and device/browser information, to improve the product.

We use Amazon Information solely to provide the services you've requested — generating profit reports, monitoring your listings, and analyzing keyword performance. We do not use Amazon Information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to the services you've signed up for.

We use account and usage data to operate, maintain, and improve Sellentic.ai, to communicate with you about your account, and to provide customer support.

Amazon Information is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS. Data is stored on AWS infrastructure with access restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. Authentication to your Amazon account is managed through OAuth; we do not store your Amazon Seller Central password.

We retain Amazon Information for as long as your account is active and your SP-API authorization remains valid. If you disconnect your Amazon account or close your Sellentic.ai account, we will delete Amazon Information within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.

We do not sell Amazon Information or account data to third parties. We may share data with service providers (such as cloud hosting providers) who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and only as necessary to operate Sellentic.ai. We may disclose information if required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at contact.sellentic@gmail.com. You can revoke Sellentic.ai's access to your Amazon account at any time through Seller Central.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Sellentic.ai dashboard.
